Can i be pregnant with baby number 2?

so i have not had a period sence the last week of august. i have taken 3 test and they were all neg.me and my hubby have been tryin for baby number 2 :) for the past month.i been off birth control for a year now and i never use protection cause im married. today i got this white chucky discharge and im startin to worry.. i went to the er a week ago and everything was fine with me and prego test was neg. could i be prego i been havin alot of stomach pain mostly on my right side and my lower back. i feel blotted all the time and im forever tired. is there a chance and what can i do to moves this along
