Do Naruto and One Piece seem like they're close to ending?

I've recently been getting into manga, and I have to say that it's much better than most anime. No filler, no bad voice acting, no censorship in the English versions, for the most part, but that's beside the point. I've recently bought the first few volumes of both Naruto and One Piece, and I enjoyed them. So my question is this: To the people who are up to date on the storylines of both, manga-wise, are they close to ending? I really don't want to have to go through a manga that runs for 75 volumes or whatever. I know that the current storyline of Naruto has something to do with a shinobi war, which seems climactic enough for it to be near the end, and I have no idea what's going on with One Piece. Remember, manga-wise, not anime.
