Resetting the chips in Hasler WJ150 Postage Machines? I can refill them just can't reset the memory to restart

The ink cartridge is a HP cartridge we refill with red ink for postage. There is a chip on the cartridge that counts the imprints. How do you reset it from the machine or does anyone know of someone that has a docking station that will reset the count and memory? It is a Hasler WJ150 Postage Machine. Thanks for any help.
