What are your views on the UK postal strikes?

i'm rather annoyed tbh. i don't see why they're striking, if they're not happy with their wages, then why pick the job. they're only postmen, it's not them that should be moaning about their wages, it should be people like nurses and firemen that deserve more money than they get :)
