Rate/Help me with my Spellcaster/Spell Counter Deck?{1-10}?

you are only allowed 1 breaker ina deck. its a limited card. but since u are using a lv deck like ur silent magician, try using the card lv up. if you have a silent magician lv 4 it allows you to automatically summon lv 6 from your hand or deck. you can get it in the pack soul of the duelist and dark revelation 3. also try level modulation. it lets you special summon any level monster in your graveyard, but ur opponent draws 2 cards...you can get thAT in dark revelations 4, elemental energy, and chazz pron's duelist pack.
