What is happening to my friends throat?

my friend just told me that "sometimes" when she swallows, that these little bead type things come up into her mouth. ???????????? what the hell is that? she said they are soft and squishy. kind of yellowish in color. and that really makes me freak out a little bit. i have never heard of it. so can anyone out there help us with this. it seems a little odd. but somebody somewhere, must know what it is........and please avoid the ual respones. i already know the word swallow is gonna turn some guys into perves. it has nothing to do with .
