Im 14, i feel like i should lose weight, but need help?

cut out the chips and eat fruit and 2 lose the belly and thigh flab right b4 u go to sleep do 2 sets of crunchers ( side crunchers , normal crunchers , and lower crunchers) and drink more water , water flushes alot of fat out of the body. And for the legs do squats and leg raisers to tone them. 2 sets before you go to bed :)
