My son is turning 21 in a week, any good gift ideas?

i don't have alot of money but i would like to get him something "special". he is really into Roman history ,especially the weapons and the battles. ( no,i'm not buying him another sword!) other than that he doesn't have any hobbies. i can't pick the right clothes and his music taste is hard to pinpoint. help!
