BTU Heating question (garage)?

Would a 15,000 BTU Minimum, 30,000 BTU Maximum, Natural Gas heater keep a garage fairly warm or be able to beat the cold in a garage that was 768 sq ft? I live in Iowa and the winters get to be about 5-20� average. The garage is not attached and is finished inside with drywall and has an closed attic.
