Cold for a little more then 3 weeks?Im tired of it!?

I have had a cold for a little more then 3 weeks. I started out with a bad sore throat and then stuffy nose. I still have a sore throat once in a while and my nose is still stuffy and once in a while can get runny. I at first had a really bad cough sometimes it was dry other times there was phlegm. I don't have a bad cough now but there still is phlegm and sometimes dry. I don't have fevers. When will the cold go away?
