Do I have bronchitis or pneumonia?

I started out with a sore throat and then nasal congestion/sinus drainage. A few days later I started coughing up green mucus then it turned to yellow mucus. I have wheezing breath sounds and coughing spells. Worse at night. Tired a lot. No fever, no chills. Some nausea but no vomiting. My body does feel hot at times inside but I take my temp and its normal. Chest hurts from coughing. I have a Dr appt tomorrow because it is not clearing up but I wonder what this sounds like. Anyone that is in medical field please answer. Thanks.
