Implanon - Wheres my period?!?

Your prescribing physician appears to have failed in his duty to advise you that all progesterone only contraception, which includes Implanon, tends to produce dysfunctional, irregular and often ongoing bleeding, in most women for at least the first 3 months. With ongoing usage this tends to settle and increasing numbers of women either lose their periods entirely or only have an occasional one. By 1 year only 30% of women still have regular periods.
