Is the LA Justice System as effective as a used Q-Tip?

I'm sure there are 20,000 prisoners in Cali that would disagree with you. Look, the bottom line is that Paris Hilton is rich, she's white, but more than being white, she's rich. Black athletes never even have to set foot in jail in their crimes. So there's just something to be said for famous rich people. I don't have anything to say about Martha Stewart, I can't believe they made her actually serve her complete term.
