Sure seems like allergic rhinitis, likely related to seasonal allergy. You can try over the counter anti-histamine like Claritin to see if it helps. The best thing for nasal allergy symptoms is a medication called Nasonex that you can squirt into your nose twice a day, but I think you need a prescription for that. Good luck!
