Should i have it hairy or not?

i am a 17 year old girl and have a boyfriend who is also 17. we have been together for 14 mnths and now thinks its tme to take things that one step further and have . my boyfriend has already lost his virginity but i am stil a virgin. now that i feel im ready to have , im a little confused..i see glamour girls wearing thongs and they have hairless . i dont know whether 2 shave mine or not and if i dont shave it i dont want my bf going of me. could any1 give any advice on whether guys like hairy or hairless s. thanx
