Tylenol3 during pregnancy Im so scared!!! I just couldnt take the pain ?

Imcurrently 36 weeks prengnat and for about 5 weeks up until a few days ago I was taking 1-3 tylenol 3(codeine) 150 mg each. for headaches and back pain almost daily without my ob perscribing it I was in the ER twice due to migrains at at 3 months and 5 months pregnant and was given vicodin and tylenol3 but my ob is against narcotics the other night I felt desperate for a tylenol my back was killing me but I felt like I was addicted it was horrible!! So I asked my hubby to hide the jar and Ive been taking regular tylenol Im scared should I tell the ob??? IM worried that my son will be addicted IM having him in about 2 weeks its gonna be a c-section. I had told my perinologist that I have takien ultram a few times during the pregnancy and he said the baby wouldnt be addicted only if I took it in the beginning for like 2 weeks at high doses. Im just scared I cant even think straight IM worried about losing all my kids I go for fetal monitoring 2 weekly and they say the baby looks beautiful his heart rate is good I just need advice for people with personal experiences thanks
