Virtual Villagers?

I paid for virtual villagers. So I could play it forever. I DIDN'T pay for the 'great games' site. I bought the game from them. My dad used his credit card, and I paid him back in person, right when he entered his card number. I got the game. It gave me a code. My dad keept it "safe" for me. He lost the code, for me to access it online. Can he get the code back from his email?
