What do i do..I like a guy and he likes me..but we nvr see each other?

okayy so i really like this guy and he told me hes crazy about me.. we are constantly talking and txt, (hes my cousins ex).. well anyways i asked him whyy we arent together and he said because we never see each other... my problem, thats how i always loose the best guys so i need advice on how to make this work..PLEASE HELP!!!
